What Ozma controls
Everything in your space
Eight control domains. One Controller on your network. No host software required on any connected machine. An optional agent unlocks additional features.
KVM & Switching
Nodes connect over Ethernet, WiFi, or Ozma Connect (internet) and appear to each machine as standard USB devices. No drivers, no agents, works at BIOS and on any OS.
Instant switching, no display resync or HDCP delay
Keyboard, mouse, audio, USB, and video routing
Add machines by plugging in a node, no config
Audio Routing
PipeWire-based persistent streams: any source to any sink, with per-connection filter chains, even when applications aren't running.
Surround up to 7.1 with automatic channel mapping and upmix
Network audio via VBAN across your LAN
Filter chains per stream pair: EQ, compression, gating
RGB & Lighting
Addressable strips, smart bulbs, and DMX fixtures, driven manually, from audio analysis, or sampled live from any video or capture source.
WLED, Philips Hue, LIFX, DMX/Art-Net
Ambilight-style bias lighting from any HDMI input
Audio-reactive: frequency bands mapped to colour
Scenes, Notes, Plays & Themes
Five interlocking concepts that take you from a single button press to a full venue cue, all running on Ozma Stage.
Scene: activates only what it specifies, leaves everything else alone
Notes: named abstract events on the mesh
Plays: timed scripts mixing Notes and direct device instructions
Zones
Hierarchical device groupings, from a single desk to a full venue. Apply scenarios, themes, and automation rules to entire zones at once.
Nested zones with inheritance
Bulk scene activation across zones
Automated zone-based workflows
Remote Access
Ozma Connect provides encrypted HTTPS subdomains, relay tunneling, and encrypted remote access from anywhere.
Encrypted WireGuard mesh networking
No VPN or port forwarding required
Secure remote desktop and control
Compliance & Audit

How it works
The Ozma architecture
One Controller manages multiple Nodes over your network. Each Node is permanently wired to a target machine via USB and optionally HDMI. Switching changes only the network routing.
